Prism Network Customer Service Levels ‘Outstanding’

Prism Network have recorded ‘outstanding’ customer service levels under the independent Investor in Customers (IIC) assessment process. This is an excellent result on our first assessment. Highest scores from Customers (and employees) came from ‘Knowing their Customer’, ‘Customer feedback’ and ‘Treating Customers Fairly’. Comments from customers included: “Overall very good and prompt and efficient service where had to use Prism”; “Overall good level of service + convenient service” and “Prism were the company that we turned to,  to deal with a flood restoration when none of the national companies would go near..” IIC is an independent assessment organisation that conducts rigorous benchmarking exercises.  These exercises determine the quality of customer service and relationships across a number of dimensions, including how well a company understands its customers, how it meets their needs and how it engenders loyalty.  IIC also compares and contrasts the views of staff and senior management to identify how embedded the customer is within the company’s thinking. Tony Barritt, Managing Director of Investor in Customers, commented:  “The results clearly show that Prism Network recognise the importance of delivering exceptional customer experience.
