Home Based – Covering Europe and Middle East
We are looking to grow sales across Europe and the Middle East including the management of a number of existing contracts and clients in Turkey (Istanbul), Saudi Arabia (Riyadh).
Responsibilities will include:
International travel across Europe and Middle East
Meeting and negotiating with clients, distributors and resellers
Generating new business sales and managing accounts
Cost agreements and sales increases
Successful forecasting and budget management
Working with and building strong relationships with internal teams
Reporting to Board Level
Visits to the office are not frequent, therefore your location will not be an important factor. Skills and Experience Required:
Experience of working in sales roles undertaking both direct sales as well as undertaking joint selling with distributor channels to develop VARs is essential.
A background in defence and security sales environment would be extremely advantageous as many of the companies established clients are governments, authorities, schools, universities, national infrastructure projects.
Having a natural knowledge of the market through your own initiatives will give you place at the top of the shortlist.
A track record of successful selling into international (Europe and the Middle East) markets is essential with a history of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Benefits / Package
For this International Business Development Manager you can expect the following package:
GBP 50k Base (experience dependent)
Commission (uncapped) of 10% of net profit
